Terms of Product Return and Refund
1. Return of Goods of Proper Quality
You have the right to refuse the ordered product:
before receiving it — at any time;
after receiving it — within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase (the day of purchase is not counted).
Return is possible under the following conditions:
the product retains its appearance and consumer properties;
labels, tags, and seals are preserved;
proof of purchase is provided (receipt or invoice);
the product has not been used.
Exceptions:
Products with individual characteristics intended for a specific buyer (e.g., color-matched paint, materials sold by meter) are non-returnable.
If the product is part of a set, return is only possible for the complete set.
Refunds are not issued for products damaged by the buyer.
2. Return of Goods of Improper Quality
Return or replacement is possible for products with hidden manufacturing defects or damage occurring during delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
If the received product does not match the description provided at the time of order, return or exchange is also possible.
3. Return Procedure
Contact our support team by phone or email.
Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other document).
Send the product to the specified address within the agreed timeframe.
Shipping costs may be reimbursed depending on the reason for the return.
4. Refund Period
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed to the buyer’s bank account within 7–10 business days.
If the return is carried out under the terms of a contract (purchased via order), the refund will be issued within 10 calendar days from the receipt of the product and submission of a written return request.
