Before payment, you must contact us in order to check the availability.
Payment can be paid from the Pay Box car or application using online banking.
After the payment is confirmed, you contact the sales manager of the online store during working hours in order to agree with the necessary conditions for delivery.
Account payment
Payment (transfer) on the basis of an account has both private individuals and legal entities;
Before filling out the order, select the desired payment method at the last stage (non -cash payment);
After the order is placed by e -mail, you will receive an account.
Money can be transferred through online banking, as well as on any branch of the bank.
After the payment is confirmed, you will be contacted during the working hours of the manager for sales of the online store in order to agree with the necessary conditions for delivery.

Refund Policy
General Conditions
Our refund policy complies with Georgian legislation and is designed to protect customer rights. We strive to provide fair and transparent terms for product returns and refunds.
Conditions for Product Returns and Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Product: Returns are accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
- Non-Conforming Product: If the received product does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Unused Product: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and seals intact.
Return Procedure
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service department via phone or email.
- Provide Documentation: Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Return the Product: Send the product to the specified address within the agreed timeframe. Shipping costs may be reimbursed depending on the reason for the return.
Refund Timelines
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed to the buyer’s bank account within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
- Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will not be issued for products damaged by the customer.
